Launch Digital Marketing Sees Recruiting in the Suburbs as an Advantage
CEO Joe Churas began Launch Digital Marketing back in 2011 in the basement of his Elgin home. Today Launch recently moved into a new 12,000 square foot office in Naperville. The company now consists of 120 employees and has almost 500 clients.
When it comes too recruiting new talent Launch has taken a different approach then many of it's competing businesses in the tech world.
Launch recruits most of its talent from the suburbs rather than from downtown Chicago. This allows them to them to pick from a larger pool of candidates that prefer to not work in the hustle and bustle of downtown Chicago.
While Launch might not be located in Chicago it still mimic your typical Chicago tech start up. The new office features swings, kegs of full beer, and music to help keep its employee's creative juices flowing.Back to NDP News »
