FLUID AIR INC. LEASES 105,000 SF IN NAPERVILLE


The solid dosage technology company, Fluid Air Inc., has recently leased a new facility in Naperville, Ill. The company is leasing the entire property located at 2119 Fisher Drive. Built in 2017, the Fisher Drive property measures 105,000 square feet.

Founded in 1983, Fluid Air provides custom, efficient and effective Solid Dosage Processing equipment and systems that can meet the most challenging powder modification and creation application. Fluid Air and its parent company, Spraying Systems Company, are dedicated to sustainability, worker safety and environmental conservation.

“Like Fluid Air, the City of Naperville has implemented sustainable solutions impacting our community and ensuring a higher quality of life for future residents. Naperville values its partnerships with organizations, businesses and residents and looks forward to engaging with Fluid Air at their new facility in Naperville,” said Mayor Steve Chirico.

“The building has a great layout, good design and great access to I-88, so we were confident the property would find a great tenant such as Fluid Air. The leasing agent for Fluid Air, Nick Eboli of Lee Associates, is familiar with the community and worked closely with the NDP and city to ensure a smooth and expedited occupancy for his client,” said Christine Jeffries, president of Naperville Development Partnership (NDP).

The Naperville Development Partnership is a public/private organization whose mission is to enhance the economic vitality of the City of Naperville. Naperville is located 30 miles west of Chicago, is 41 square miles and has a population of 150,000.
