NAPERVILLE, IL (June 6, 2023) – Calamos Real Estate LLC today announced Simpson Technologies Corporation will relocate its headquarters and Tech Center from Aurora, IL, to CityGate Centre in Naperville. Simpson will occupy 9,349 square feet at 2135 CityGate Ln. The 10-year lease will commence by Nov. 1 of this year and will bring the Class-A building to 88 percent occupancy. The lease was brokered by Patrick Commercial Real Estate for Simpson and by Calamos Real Estate for CityGate Centre.
